The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.

Third Class spent a very enjoyable morning at Tarbert Comprehensive School on Wednesday the first of March. They were invited to the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party as part of World Book Week Celebration.  Alice and the Mad Hatter greeted them at the door and escorted them to the tea room.  Ms. Kavanagh and Ms. Anderson provided wonderful goodies and treats. The class created their own unique bookmark characters with help from students. This was followed by a game of Headbandz, where they had to guess their Disney character. Finally they completed a table quiz on books, authors  and characters. All the children really appreciated the opportunity afforded to them on this special day to celebrate World Book Week.
