First and Second class visited picturesque Killarney and Knockreer House in the National Park.
They had a most enjoyable day exploring the streams and woodland.
Habitats were investigated using pooters, microscopes and mammal traps.
The children brought their wellies and indulged in pond – dipping with great enthusiasm.
Some of Killarney Parks famous deer were observed on the day much to the delight of the class.
